Harris J. Chernow is a distinguished legal professional specializing in Franchise & Distribution Law, Hospitality Law, Corporate & Business Services, Mergers & Acquisitions, Executive Employment, Leasing and Real Estate, and Mediation and Arbitration. He serves as a Partner and Chair of the national Franchise & Distribution Practice Group at Reger Rizzo & Darnall LLP, and is also Counsel to the Temple University Alumni Association (TUAA) Board. With nearly 30 years of experience, Mr. Chernow has developed a national practice representing franchisors, franchisees, and distributors, and is frequently appointed as an arbitrator and mediator.
