Distinguished Speaker: Nataliya Rymer
Nataliya Rymer is a renowned business immigration and compliance shareholder at Greenberg Traurig LLP’s Philadelphia office. Over the last five years, she has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America, Chambers USA, and Lawdragon for her work in immigration and corporate employment. She holds a B.A. in psychology from Boston College, as well as a J.D. and an LL.M. in transnational law from Temple University Beasley School of Law, making her exceptionally well suited to bring international talent to the U.S. Bar-certified in Pennsylvania and New York, she manages immigration aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions while representing a diverse global clientele across various industries.

Distinguished Speaker: Zara A. Wallace
Zara A. Wallace is an experienced business counseling attorney recognized in the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch 2024–26 edition. He graduated cum laude from Saint Vincent College and earned his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law, developing a strong foundation in legal and financial expertise. Specializing in real estate, securities, and capital market law, he represents a variety of financial institutions and corporations in both the public and private sectors. Licensed in Virginia, West Virginia, and North Carolina, he previously served as an associate attorney at Mayer Brown and Kaufman & Canoles before becoming Of Counsel at Archer & Greiner’s Philadelphia Business Counseling Group.

Tie Dye Social
Join PAD for our final social event of the semester. We will be tie-dying, playing games, and eating snacks together! Bring whatever item(s) you want to tie-dye, and we will provide the tie-dying materials. Feel free to bring your own games and snacks, but it is not required! You can also attend this event just to catch up with your fellow PAD members as the semester ends!
This event will be held on the Mazur Rooftop! In the event that the weather is bad, it will be moved to the Legal Studies Lounge Suite 203.

Philly House Meal Service
PAD is volunteering for the lunch shift at Philly House at 1325 Vine St. Philadelphia PA 19107! Lunch shift will last from 11:45 am-1:15 pm. Sign up to attend via PAD’s GroupMe.
We will meet at Alter Hall at 11 am and will be taking the BSL together!

Inductions
We will be inducting new members of Phi Alpha Delta in this formal event. Inductees will be sworn in, receive their certificate and pin, and sign the member scroll. This is a business professional event, and attendance is REQUIRED by all members!

Group Hike
Let your mind relax from studying, and join PAD for a group hike at the Wissahickon Valley Park! We will meet up at the Temple Station at 3:30 pm! For those who want to drive separately, park at the Richard Allen Lane Station by 4:30 pm to meet up with everyone! This event has no set end time so feel free to join us for as long as you want!

For this seminar, we will be holding mock interviews to help build your interviewing skills! Join us to learn tips and tricks about the interviewing process.

Mock Trial Competition: Day 2
Come see PAD’s mock trial teams continue to compete in a scrimmage! This is Day 2 of the event, which will run from 9 am to 12 pm before breaking. The event will resume at 2 pm and last until 5 pm. Attendees will be asked to sign a photo release form since the scrimmage will be recorded.
The scrimmage will be held in Tuttleman 00302 and Tuttleman 00304!

Mock Trial Competition: Day 1
Come see PAD’s mock trial teams compete in a scrimmage! This will be Day 1 of the event which continues on Saturday April 5th. Attendees will be asked to sign a photo release form since the scrimmage will be recorded.
The scrimmage will be held in Tuttleman 00302 and Tuttleman 00304!

Distinguished Speaker: Lori Armstrong Halber
Lori Armstrong Halber, a Fox alum, is a labor and employment attorney who combines business strategy expertise with extensive litigation and traditional labor law experience. She has played a key role in industry-shaping cases, including PCC Structurals, and has achieved significant jury trial victories in disability, harassment, and retaliation cases. Her MBA-influenced approach emphasizes proactive risk mitigation and workforce optimization to enhance employer profitability. Lori serves as regional committee co-chair of the ABA's Committee on Practice and Procedure under the NLRA and contributes to the Developing Labor Law treatise. She excels in NLRB representation, grievance arbitrations, and labor relations counseling, including successful negotiation of collective bargaining agreements.
