Jennifer Coatsworth is a partner at Margolis Edelstein in Philadelphia, where she specializes in civil litigation defense, including professional liability, consumer fraud, motor vehicle, and premises liability matters . She has litigated hundreds of cases from both plaintiff and defense perspectives, with a particular focus on defending real estate agents, home inspectors, and accountants . Her experience also includes obtaining summary judgment dismissals in wrongful death and product liability cases. She earned her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she served as president of the Jewish Law Students Association, and her B.A., cum laude, from the University of Maryland Honors Program .
